2. An automated email is sent to a third party for approval to use 3Com Education Funds. A response takes approximately one business day.

3. If approved, you'll receive an email directing you to complete your order. Log in to the Tech Series web site, and follow the Review Ed Fund Request link on your administrative screen.

4. Complete your order, including shipping information.

5. You'll receive course materials via UPS Ground (U.S. orders) or Standard International (Non-U.S. orders).

6. Register for online courses with the license numbers provided to you via email.

7. Begin courses.

8. Upon completion, and once you feel prepared for the course examination, use the Course Final Exam link on the Student Services page to take the final exam.

9. You will know immediately after completing the exam if you've passed or failed. The exam questions are randomized, and so no two exams are alike. You may take as many exams as you'd like. Each exam score is automatically archived.

10. Once you pass the exam, use the Course Completion / Request Certificate link to order your free Certificate of Completion.
